In our work, we apply rigorous social-network methods such as mapping ties, analysing structural positions, embedding network metrics into study design, to better understand and intervene in health behaviours and systems. Our goal is to move beyond “individual behaviour change” to a richer, network-aware perspective: how connections, network structures, and relational processes shape outcomes, and how we can harness or alter them for improved impact.
