Systems Thinking and Systems Maps for Policy and Practice is a hands-on, in-person workshop designed for professionals in government and third sector organisations who want to better understand complex problems and design more effective solutions.
In this course, you'll learn how to:
- See the bigger picture by identifying how different parts of a system interact.
- Use systems maps to visualize challenges, spot root causes, and find leverage
points. - Work collaboratively to tackle issues that cross boundaries—like health,
education, climate, or social inequality
Whether you're shaping policy, delivering services, or leading change, this course will help you think more strategically, connect the dots, and make a greater impact.
