New senior appointment: Director of Estates
Queen's President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Ian Greer, is pleased to announce the following new senior appointment:
Ian Duddy has been appointed as Director of Estates.
Ian brings over 25 years’ experience in the Northern Ireland property market, most of which have been as a Director with Colliers – one of the world’s largest global property consultants.
His experience extends across all market sectors, including office, industrial and manufacturing, leisure, retail, private and social residential, development land, rating, Build to Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).
Ian has worked with a range of stakeholders on some of the most significant property transactions across Northern Ireland, including as a valued advisor to:
- Major GB/NI based developers/investors including Belfast Harbour, Royal Ulster Agricultural Society, Telereal Trillium, Wirefox and Straidorn Properties;
- Global and local corporate occupiers, including Microsoft, Santander, SAP, NBC Universal, Allstate, CME Group, NIE Networks and Viridian;
- And a range of government departments/agencies and private clients.
Ian will take up post on 21 July.
